Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please let us know your expected arrival time when booking or the day before you arrive to avoid any inconvenience). Any requests for check-in outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance.
Check-out by 10:00 AM

Breakfast

breakfast hours 7:30 AM – 9:15 AM continental / Italian / gluten-free breakfast (only on request) / bread / pancakes / jams / butter / cheeses / cereals / cold cuts / yogurt / fruit / coffee / tea / fruit juices / honey / toast / croissants / Nutella / homemade cakes

Grace period

No penalty is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking

Advance cancellation

You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel within 14 days of arrival. If you don’t show up, you will have to pay the total amount of the booking.
