Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals outside the stated check-in hours must be agreed in advance with the management. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Are animals allowed?
Pets are allowed exclusively in the Deluxe Room, subject to prior request communicated when booking. Pets are not allowed in the Double Room.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the facility is non-smoking in the indoor areas.
Is a request sent through the website already a confirmed booking?
No. The property checks availability, room, period and rate, then sends the amount and bank details by email or WhatsApp. The booking is confirmed manually only after the required payment has been verified.
How do the two rates work?
The Standard Rate requires a 30% bank-transfer deposit within 48 hours after availability is communicated and the remaining 70% at the property by check-out. The Non-Refundable Rate offers a 15% discount and requires 100% advance payment by bank transfer.
