Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please communicate your expected arrival time when booking or the day before arrival to avoid any inconvenience). Any requests for check-in outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance.

PAYMENT: Credit cards accepted at the property: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, VPAY, as well as NFC payments via Google and Apple Pay. For payments via bank transfer, the property will send the bank details via messaging. We issue non-fiscal receipts in accordance with the law, to which a €2.00 revenue stamp will be applied at the guest’s expense.

Early cancellation The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest pays the cost of the first night if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the guest is a no-show, they will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Grace period No penalty is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking
