Booking and stay conditions
A request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking and does not involve online payment.
- check-in
- From 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The expected arrival time must be communicated when booking or on the day before arrival. Arrivals outside the stated check-in hours must be agreed in advance with the management.
- Check-out
- By 10:00 AM.
- breakfast
- From 7:30 am to 9:15 am. Continental, Italian and gluten-free breakfast on request in advance.
- parking
- Free on public roads and not bookable.
- Animals
- Pets are allowed exclusively in the Deluxe Room, subject to prior request communicated when booking. Pets are not allowed in the Double Room.
- Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the facility.
- Accepted payment methods
- American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, VPAY and NFC payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted at the property. For bank transfers, the property will send its bank details by email or WhatsApp. Any receipts and stamp duty are governed by applicable law.
The website does not collect bank data or full card details and does not process online transactions.
The property issues non-fiscal receipts.
- Standard Rate — deposit and balance
Upon confirmation of a booking at the standard rate, the Customer is required to pay an amount equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the total cost of the stay, as a deposit on the price, using the following payment method: bank transfer.
The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at the property by check-out, via bank transfer, cash, debit/credit card, or other accepted digital payment methods.
If the amount referred to in point 1.1 is not paid within 48 hours of the booking confirmation, the booking shall be considered unconfirmed, and the property reserves the right to make the requested dates available again, without further notice to the Customer.
- Standard Rate cancellation
The Guest is entitled to free cancellation, with full refund of the amount paid, up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, the amount paid takes on the nature of an earnest money deposit ("caparra confirmatoria") pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, withdrawal, or Guest no-show.
For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the Guest is entitled to free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in has not already begun. After this deadline, or in the case of a booking made less than 48 hours before arrival, the amount paid is considered a non-refundable earnest money deposit.
- Non-Refundable Rate
Non-refundable · 100% advance payment · 15% discount
As an alternative to the standard rate, the property offers a Non-Refundable Rate, priced at a 15% discount compared to the standard rate applicable to the same period.
Booking at the Non-Refundable Rate requires full payment (100%) of the total amount at the time of booking confirmation, via bank transfer.
The Non-Refundable Rate does not carry any right to a refund, whether total or partial, in the event of cancellation, change of stay dates, shortening of the booked period, or no-show, regardless of the reason, except as provided in point 2.4 below.
A refund may be granted at the property's discretion in the event of duly documented force majeure (e.g. certified serious health reasons, natural disasters, authority orders preventing travel).
By selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, the Customer declares to be aware of and expressly accepts the non-cancellable conditions described in the points above, as an alternative to the Standard Rate, which allows free cancellation under the general terms.
- Accommodation tax
- €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, not included. Exemptions established by the municipal regulations apply.
- Payment-related data
- The bank transfer is made externally through banking institutions. The B&B may process data visible in any receipt sent by the guest, including the account holder, amount, date, payment reference, transaction reference and visible IBAN. Card payments at the property are handled through the POS terminal and its provider; the B&B does not retain full card details. Data is processed for booking, accounting, refunds and disputes. - Disputes and competent court
- For disputes relating to the booking and the stay, the Court of Sassari shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s court, where applicable, and to any other mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
